Transcript Request

  • Transcript holds on your account (placed by Bursar, Financial Aid, etc.) will prevent the processing of your official transcript request. Please ensure that no transcript holds exist before you request an official transcript.

  • The student's signature or other verification of a student’s identity is REQUIRED to process a transcript request; therefore, e-mail and telephone requests for official transcripts will not be accepted.

  • Current and former NOC students may obtain official transcripts in person by visiting the Office of the Registrar on one of the three campus locations with a valid photo ID. Regular business hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Summer hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and closed on Fridays. Transcripts will not be processed while the offices are closed.

You can order your transcript in person at one of our campuses, or by printing the transcript request form.

If you choose to print: Please print the transcript request form, fill it out completely and mail it along with a copy of a photo ID to the address located on the request form. Most transcript requests are fulfilled within 1-2 business days after NOC has received them. There is no charge for a transcript requested by mail, or in person.

Please note: Official transcripts requested by mail, or in person can be sent electronically as a secure PDF via the EScrip-Safe service NOC uses. NOC will send transcripts going to another school electronically, if the receiving school is set up as an official receive site for EScrip-Safe transcripts. If the receiving school is not an official receive site for EScrip-Safe transcripts, the transcripts will typically be mailed via USPS. EScrip-Safe transcripts can also be sent directly to an email address.
